Infrastructure Program Manager

Job Description

• Should lead Infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and system integrations across multiple organizations
• Develop project plans, upgrade schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with security, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Produce and present Infrastructure metrics
• Drove adoption, governance, and best practices across the organization
• Identify and resolve operational, security, and compliance risks
• Ensure data privacy, retention policies, and audit readiness
• Data center modernization activities
• Handle Cloud migrations (Azure/AWS)
• Handle Network or Infrastructure upgrades
• Disaster recovery & backup implementation
• Participate in cost optimization in infrastructure deliveries
• On-time infrastructure delivery
• Projects Agile / Waterfall delivery
• Good to have:
  Experience in Docusign enterprise rollout & governance programs

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure and enterprise platform projects
• Manage Infrastructure upgrades, patches, decommissions and new deployments
• Manage Docusign onboardings for Docusign customers (requirement analysis to deployments to end user support)

• Docusign enterprise analyst responsibilities that include requirement gathering to onboard Docusign customers and assist till end to end onboarding.
• Collaboration with compliance, IT security, and business stakeholders

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
