M365 Engineer; Renton, WA

This position will require the candidate to work onsite in Renton, WA.

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 & Identity Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our Microsoft collaboration and identity platforms, keeping systems running, secure, and aligned with business needs. You’ll work closely with security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver reliable, modern workplace technology.

• Implement, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, and Power Platform
• Manage Entra  (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory environments
• Support Teams Calling infrastructure, including Direct Routing and Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
• Resolve escalated incidents and service requests through Service Now
• Monitor platform performance and proactively address issues before they impact users
• Ensure identity and collaboration platforms meet security and compliance standards
• Collaborate with security teams to implement MFA, conditional access, and identity protection policies
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive innovation through technology

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT with deep Microsoft technology expertise
• Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra  / Azure AD, and on-premises Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Knowledge of Teams Direct Routing and Session Border Controllers
• Strong Power Shell scripting and automation skills
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
• Experience with Service Now or a comparable ITSM platform
• Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills

Pay Range: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
