One of its core pillars focuses on AI vendor and tool partnerships, ensuring the enterprise leverages the right platforms, technologies, and external expertise to accelerate responsible AI adoption.

As we scale this function, we are seeking a Systems & Design Integration Specialist to help define, operationalize, visualize, and manage this pillar. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution—translating business needs into structured systems, processes, and visual artifacts that guide how we evaluate, select, and integrate AI vendors and tools across the enterprise.

Position Responsibilities
  • Support the design and operationalization of the AI vendor and tool partnership pillar, including processes, workflows, and governance mechanisms.
  • Develop system maps, integration diagrams, and conceptual models that illustrate how AI vendors, platforms, and internal systems interact within the enterprise AI ecosystem.
  • Create clear, professional charts, visuals, and communication materials that support decision making and alignment across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with AI architects, data engineering teams, and platform engineering teams to ensure vendor capabilities align with enterprise AI architecture and governance standards.
  • Assist in evaluating AI vendors and tools by documenting requirements, assessing technical fit, and capturing integration considerations.
  • Produce executive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and visual summaries that communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track vendor performance, integration progress, and operational dependencies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and frameworks used by the AI Strategy Office.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
  • 3+ years’ experience related to product development (configuration management, design, integration, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience with managing control processes and producing clear status reporting and recovery plans.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and interpreting data flow diagrams and/or technical specification documents.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the field of Artificial Intelligence including Machine Learning.
  • 3+ years of experience communicating technical details clearly and concisely with customers and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
  • Experience supporting vendor evaluations, Request For Proposal (RFP) processes, or technology assessments.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud services, or AI/ML ecosystems.
  • Experience synthesizing technical and business inputs into recommendations or decision‑ready materials.
  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills to work across application teams, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience creating system diagrams, process flows, or architectural visualizations using tools such as Visio, Draw.io or similar.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex integration scenarios.
  • Ability to produce clear, professional charts, visuals, and communication materials that translate complex information into decision‑ready formats.
  • Experience working in a fast‑evolving environment and contributing to building new processes and structures.
