Senior Automation Engineer (Quality Engineering)
We’re looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to champion quality for our cloud‑native applications. You’ll be embedded on an Agile/Scrum team, partnering closely with engineers, product owners, and UX designers to ensure quality is built into every stage of development.
This role goes beyond test execution—you’ll help shape quality strategy
, evolve QA practices, and take ownership of test automation that supports fast, reliable delivery.
Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations. By helping to develop and support our financial management solutions, you can help integrate our solutions with human resources, revenue management, tax billing, and asset management.

Responsibilities- Champion quality across the development lifecycle
- Evaluate existing QA processes and evolve them incrementally with stakeholder feedback
- Lead the design and architecture of automated test frameworks and artifacts
- Own and integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines
- Align with organization‑wide QA guidance while adapting it to application needs
- Recommend and help drive new QA initiatives
- Define and track meaningful quality metrics
- Create and maintain QA documentation
- Build strong domain knowledge of the applications you support
- Collaborate across disciplines to assess risk and balance quality with delivery
- Required: Agile/Scrum development environments
- Required: Test automation and CI/CD pipelines

- Required: Security testing concepts
- Required: Strong problem‑solving, risk assessment, and communication skills

State‑Specific Salary Range Disclosure RequirementsSalary will generally fall between $69,797 and $110,000 before adjustment for geographic differences.
