Field Technicians will assist with a variety of IT projects and support tasks, which may include device deployments, workstation setups, and general technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setup, deployment, and replacement of desktop and laptop devices
- Support workstation installations, upgrades, and relocations
- Help configure and install peripherals such as monitors, docking stations, and accessories
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support end users during on-site IT initiatives and deployments
- Assist with inventory tracking, asset management, and equipment staging
- Follow documented processes and work collaboratively with team members and site leads
- Basic experience with IT support, hardware deployment, or technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on role
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience with device imaging or deployment tools
- Exposure to large-scale IT rollouts or refresh projects
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (connectivity, cabling, etc.)
- Experience supporting end users in a professional environment
- This is an on-site role supporting multiple locations
- Travel may be required depending on project needs
- Work will be performed in a fast-paced, project-based environment
