Dhaka Technologies Limited isseeking an experienced Senior Service Now Developer to support thedesign, development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of solutions within the Service Now platform.
The selected candidate will work across multiple Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM,and SPM
. This role requires strong hands-on Service Now development experience, advanced scripting knowledge, platform architecture expertise,Agile/Scrum experience, and the ability to collaborate with product owners,stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and end users to deliver scalablebusiness solutions.
- Design, develop, enhance, debug, test, and implement
Service
Now solutions. - Maintain and continuously improve implemented
Service
Now modules, including ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM. - Work with product owners and stakeholders to build requested items, tasks, workflows, and process automation solutions.
- Gather, document, and maintain functional business requirements, process flows, and business use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Service Now platform.
- Configure and maintain data integrations between
Service
Now and other enterprise systems. - Design and develop Service Now forms, tables, modules,workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions,Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes,Formatters, and related Service Now components.
- Develop and support CMS and Service Portal functionality as needed.
- Create, manage, promote, and test Service Now update sets across multiple instances through production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related toService
Now applications and integrations. - Perform operational and administrative Service Nowtasks as needed.
- Assist with report configuration, maintenance, and platform reporting needs.
- Support application integration, compatibility,testing, and multi-platform solution delivery.
- Participate in feasibility analysis, software package evaluation, integration tool assessment, and recommendations for future enhancements.
- Ensure solutions follow Service Now best practices,security guidelines, governance standards, and maintain an out-of-the-box approach whenever possible.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Act as a technical lead on projects when required.
- Participate in the development of technical documentation, user manuals, and operational support materials.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
- 6+ years of experience developing and supporting
Service
Now modules, including ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM. - 6+ years of experience implementing Service Now architecture and advanced Service Now scripting.
- 6+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience designing and configuring
Service
Now forms, tables, workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UIPolicies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Script Includes,Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, and Formatters. - Experience creating, promoting, and testing
Service
Now update sets across multiple instances. - Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and Service Now platform capabilities.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and supporting software applications.
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication,and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of across-functional team.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer certification.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or serving asa technical lead.

- Experience supporting enterprise or government-related Service Now implementations.
