IT Project Manager in Washington

Responsibilities

Provides overarching leadership, serves as the single point of accountability for all contractual, staffing, status, and issue-resolution matters. Monitors the status of activities, including scheduled deliverables and tasks. Facilitates efficient project execution, develops project schedules, proactive stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.

• 7 years of experience managing staff and deliverables similar in size, complexity, and nature. To be considered recent, 5 of the 7 years experience must have been gained within the past 5 years.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Business Organizational Change Management, or related field.
• Prior government experience is desired.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
