You will serve as a hands‑on contributor, bridging the gap between HR processes and technical system implementation. This position is central to maintaining compliance, enhancing data transparency, and supporting our ongoing Oracle FDI testing initiatives.

  • Location: Hybrid Office Environment
  • Project Focus: Documentation Audit, Record Digitization, and System Optimization
Key Responsibilities
  • Audit & Gap Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive audit of ~1,300 employee records across Oracle Cloud HCM and Livelink to identify and document missing or outdated files.
  • Digitization & Records Management: Partner with P&T teams (Benefits, Compensation, Compliance) to collect missing records; scan, index, and upload documents while ensuring strict adherence to privacy and retention standards.
  • Oracle FDI Testing: Support functional testing for Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, including test script execution, data validation, and defect troubleshooting.
  • Onboarding Support: Verify and document mission‑critical onboarding requirements for new and transitioning personnel.
  • Collaboration: Provide regular status reporting, elevate issues, and assist in refining document management workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in Business/Systems Analysis for ERP, CRM, or other cloud application implementations.
  • HRIS Expertise: Proven experience working with HCM, SharePoint, or similar HRIS/ECM systems.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong ability to analyze quantitative data, manage large volumes of records, and perform system testing (FDI experience is a plus).
  • Process Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with document auditing, compliance, and federal/state record retention requirements (e.g., I-9s, work authorizations).
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
