• Produce precise, well‑structured reasoning logs that walk through sophisticated technical challenges from start to finish
• Document sequential decision‑making workflows — capturing how an expert strategizes, selects tools, and adapts to new information
• Generate high‑quality training datasets that demonstrate proficient tool use, logical planning, and sound technical judgment
• Review and refine AI‑generated reasoning steps, identifying gaps, errors, or weak logic
  
  Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

• Professionally experienced in machine learning, software engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Exceptionally clear at explaining complex reasoning — you can turn intricate logic into structured, readable workflows
• A rigorous critical thinker who can audit AI reasoning and spot where it falls short
• Detail‑oriented and consistent, with the discipline to document your thinking methodically
• Comfortable working independently without hand‑holding

• Master's Degree or PhD in a technical field
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation systems
• Familiarity with LLM behavior, prompt engineering, or model-training pipelines
• Background in technical writing, documentation, or research
