• Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
• Clearance Required: Public Trust or Higher

• Network Design: Plan and configure WAN and LAN systems to meet organizational needs.
• Implementation & Testing: Deploy and test network solutions to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Operations & Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for network‑related issues.
• Collaboration: Assist application programmers working in the telecommunications environment.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate network changes for operational impact.
• Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network and processor‑related problems.
• Diagnostic Tools: Utilize hardware and software diagnostic tools to maintain system health.
• Leadership: Lead network‑related projects, provide guidance to junior engineers, and foster collaboration across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network engineering, including WAN/LAN management.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and protocols.
• Familiarity with hardware and software diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring or leading teams.
