- Uses a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance and/or nurse scheduling and/or IS business processes and ERP systems, to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems
- May lead medium project and work teams
- Works on a number of complex business applications
- Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devices or modifies procedures to process data and solve problems
- Reviews schedules, cost and documentation to ensure success of projects
- Mentors and assists others in support of applications, projects and goals
- Deals with users to determine appropriate requirements of complex systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or a Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
- 5 years of Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, People Soft, Workday
- 2 years of Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems
Demonstrates expertise in Application Design, Implementation, and Maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, with a strong focus on project execution and process improvement methodologies. Capable of analyzing complex business applications and mentoring teams to achieve project goals.
