TITLE:
Manager, Infrastructure Services
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Manager, Infrastructure Services provides strategic and operational leadership over the organization's core technology infrastructure, including voice, data, network, data center, cloud, virtualization, and storage services. Ensures infrastructure platforms are highly available, secure, resilient, and scalable to support 24x7x365 clinical and business operations. The Manager oversees infrastructure engineering and operations, capacity and lifecycle planning, infrastructure contract management, disaster recovery, and business continuity while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, information security standards, and IT service management best practices.
This role also serves as the organization's primary point of contact for the private cloud vendor, regularly meeting and coordinating with the vendor's leadership to align services, performance, and strategic roadmaps. Leading a team of engineers and administrators, this role serves as a key liaison between IT, clinical and business stakeholders, and external vendors, translating operational needs into reliable technology solutions that safeguard patient care and deliver measurable value to the organization.

REPORTS TO:
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Vice President
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
A minimum of 7total years of experience required to include:
- At least 5 years of progressive experience as a systems or technical analyst to include the design, engineering, implementation, testing, and support of network, server, data center, or cloud infrastructure with a proven methodology, AND
- At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing cross‑functional teams, managing staff development, driving strategic planning, and ensuring operational excellence in complex healthcare or enterprise IT environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies such as Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, VMware virtualization, enterprise storage/SAN, backup, and recovery, DNS/DHCP, and public/hybrid/private cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), required.
- Industry certifications such as ITIL® Foundation, CompTIA Network+ / Security+, Microsoft or VMware infrastructure certifications, or healthcare informatics certifications (e.g., CAHIMS/CPHIMS), strongly preferred.
- Experience successfully managing projects with budgets of $250,000 or more, preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in building, leading, and developing high‑performing infrastructure and operations teams.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and solve complex problems in a large, multi‑system, multi‑vendor environment.
