This position requires the candidate to be on-site in Renton, WA, 5 days a week. A/V Telecommunications Associate Admin:
Assist in setup and management of AV equipment for company events and internal communications Operate technical aspects of internal communications broadcasts and live event meetings Familiarity with video production equipment and streaming technologies a plus Partner with vendors to coordinate installation and maintenance of specialized conference rooms and equipment Willing to work with senior leadership when necessary to fix video conferencing issues in conference rooms under time pressure.

Tier 2-3 troubleshooting of existing conference room hardware and coordinate with Service Desk for repairs Follow intake process to get work/tasks into Jira for Sprints/Interruptions as needed. Partner with Producer to ensure work is properly captured and scheduled. Partner with Producer regarding any incoming Projects to capture work efforts and plan against current work. Complete work within Jira as documented.

KB Documentation Write Internal and External KB’s as needed regarding tools, processes, troubleshooting and implementation of technologies, etc. Write processes and training on Zoom/Teams/AV equipment KANBAN Utilize Jira KANBAN board to organize tasks/stories Update Jira KANBAN items to reflect against current and future Sprints/Work Efforts/Road Mapped items Jira Review Review Story items/Tasks in backlog to ensure proper work representation Pay Range: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
