Job Responsibilities- Accurately process new business submissions, entering all risk and exposure information into the rating system to develop base premium.
- Complete Market Reservation, OFAC, and Experian checks.
- Prep new business and renewal accounts, including file set-up, web searches, and loss information entry.
- Execute endorsement, cancellation, and reinstatement triage and processing within defined underwriting guidelines.
- Process Broker of Service/Broker of Record requests.
- Bind/issue new business payroll service submissions.
- Process all other defined tasks associated with new products or vertical launches.
- Process auto and cargo filings.
- BS/BA college degree or equivalent work experience; undergraduate studies in risk management, business administration, or finance are a plus.
- Commercial lines insurance experience is considered a plus.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to plan and organize.
- Accountability and dependability.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
- Focus on quality.

- A basic life insurance and AD&D policy at two times an employee’s annual salary, short‑ and long‑term disability coverage, and Employee Assistance Plan at no cost.
- Accrual of 0.0692 hours of paid time off per paid hour, totaling 18 days a year, plus 10 paid holidays.
$41,000.00 - $44,000.00 annually. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and location. Base salary may include an annual discretionary bonus.
