This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and implement Workday's cutting‑edge supply chain management software.

• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, providing expert advice on industry‑leading supply chain best practices.
• Take the lead on client engagements, using analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design processes, and configure the software.
• Conduct business process analysis, develop workflows, and process maps to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Configure Workday Supply Chain Management modules based on the established design.
• Be at the forefront of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards.
• Present solutions and best practices to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in healthcare supply chain management.

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving change.
• Workday certification is preferred.
• Experience as a workstream lead for Workday Supply Chain Management implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain management processes and operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Management or other related supply chain software.
• Outstanding analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Salary range: $90,650 – $200,000. For salaried positions, the role may also be eligible for an annual bonus and additional benefits and perks, depending on the position and employment terms.
