Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Procurement
- Lead procurement of raw materials, components, and outside processes
- Align purchases with production schedules and customer delivery commitments
- Develop sourcing strategies and mitigate supply risk
- Support long‑term agreements and capacity planning
- Manage aerospace‑qualified suppliers and processors
- Monitor on‑time delivery, quality, and performance metrics
- Drive corrective actions and escalation
- Coordinate supplier audits and compliance reviews
- Develop inventory strategies balancing cost and delivery assurance
- Support cycle counts and physical inventories
- Collaborate with production scheduling
- Ensure AS9100 and customer flow‑down compliance
- Partner with Quality on nonconforming material and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate supplier and procurement documentation
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Sales
- Participate in supply chain and production meetings
- Communicate material risks and mitigation plans
- Comfortably present supply chain insights and updates to executive leadership to support strategic decision‑making
- Implement process improvements
- Support ERP/MRP data accuracy by auditing master data, resolving exceptions, and delivering recurring supply chain reports to drive reliable planning decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing
- Working knowledge of AS9100
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- ERP/MRP system experience
- Outside processing or special process experience
- Supplier audit or development experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm - 401(k) matching
