Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our 737 Engine Management team in Renton, Washington
.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement and supply-chain strategies for engine program
Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non-conformance resolution
Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplier-related technical issues
Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecard
Manage engine allocations to support baseline production requirements and emergent needs

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
5+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
2+ years of experience with business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, and/or process improvement methods
2+ years of experience in SAP or other ERP system implementations
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 25%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Level 4: 9+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
9+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
Ability to integrate cross-functionally
Experience driving execution with evolving information
Ability to communicate change statusand risk to leadership
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3: $101,150 - $111,860

Level 4: $126,650 - $140,060
