What You Will Do As an Engineer Maintenance team member you will Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks

Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Troubleshoot and assist with repairs including electrical plumbing and general upkeep

Maintain equipment tools and work areas in safe working condition

Work closely with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

What We Are Looking For We are seeking team members who are Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem solvers with attention to detail

Professional and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Positive respectful and service driven

Preferred

At least 1 year of general maintenance experience

Familiarity with maintenance tools equipment and basic systems

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions This is a physically demanding role Candidates must be able to Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift

Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds tools equipment and materials

Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching climbing and twisting

Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Use tools ladders and maintenance equipment safely

Maintain stamina and focus throughout the shift
