We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Quality Assurance to lead the transformation of our QA function. This role will be responsible for elevating the team’s performance, reputation, and alignment with our rapidly growing business. The Director will bring ability to build cross functional executive level relationships, prioritization discipline, and proactive leadership to the team. This is a high‑impact opportunity to reimagine how quality drives innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.
WhatYou'll Do Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a forward‑looking QA strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Champion quality as a business enabler across functions.
- Shift the team from reactive quality control to proactive quality assurance.
- Reorganize team roles and responsibilities to optimize strengths and address gaps.
- Lead, coach, and mentor QA engineers to build cross‑functional capabilities and foster culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with the existing manager to optimally leverage subject matter expertise.
- Introduce scalable QA processes, automation, and tools to support innovation and compliance.
- Drive improvements in CAPA, ISO readiness, supplier audits, and product quality.
- Implement and improve metrics and dashboards to monitor quality performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Increase trust and reputation through consistent delivery, transparency, and responsiveness.
- Lead monthly quality syncs with cross‑functional teams to review critical metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the voice of quality in leadership forums and strategic planning.

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long‑term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
