Senior Claims Manager – Employment Practice Liability – Hybrid
The Senior Claims Manager‑Employment Practice Liability (EPL) is responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with employment practices within the organization. This role involves handling EPL claims, including investigation and resolution up to and including trial. In addition, the manager provides insight to business partners such as HR regarding the avoidance and mitigation of EPL.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 or more years of employment law, risk management, or insurance experience related to employment practices.
