Job OverviewBoeing’s Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Facilities Multi-Services Manager to lead our Northwest Factory Services/Custodial teams in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will manage activities within the facilities, including planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, provisioning, engineering, construction, factory services/custodial and plant & equipment maintenance. The role may be assigned to other facilities in the region based on future business needs.
Responsibilities- Manage employee activities within the facilities occupation, including custodial cleaning services and facilities maintenance.
- Coach, lead, develop and motivate employees.
- Develop and maintain a positive “Safety First” environment and ensure employee performance complies with all established safety processes and expectations.
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, set operational goals and drive accountability within the team.
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and employees.
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Participate in equipment make/buy decisions; participate in source selection and provide technical oversight of suppliers.
- Learn and then lead Boeing problem solving (BPS) and lean efforts.
- Learn and then lead with a Seek, Speak & Listen (SS&L) mindset.
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion.
- 3+ years of experience in facilities operations or facilities management.
- 3+ years of experience developing & implementing technical, operational or quality strategies.
- 1+ year of experience in teaching, coaching and developing others.
- 1+ year experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Software Systems.
- Experience leading in a union environment.
This role will be primarily 2nd shift (typically 3:00pm PT – 11:30pm PT, Monday through Friday). The employee may be required to work off‑shift, weekends and holidays and participate in weekend duty rotation, approximately three to five weekends annually.

Summary Pay Range$127,500 – $172,500
