Branch Operations Director - RN | Home Health Renton, WA | Oversight of Renton, Tacoma & Lynnwood Offices $150,000-$175,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Incentive Bonuses
Health Care Recruiters International is recruiting an experienced RN healthcare operations leader for a nationally recognized provider of home health and hospice services.
This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for a seasoned home health professional who combines clinical expertise, operational leadership, people development, and strong business acumen. The Branch Operations Director will oversee operations and clinical services across the Renton, Tacoma, and Lynnwood offices, ensuring exceptional patient care while driving operational and financial performance.
What You'll Do- Lead daily branch operations and clinical services across multiple locations.
- Drive operational performance against established KPIs, quality standards, and financial objectives.
- Provide administrative oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, professional standards, and all applicable state and federal requirements.
- Lead the selection, training, coaching, and development of staff and managers.
- Develop strong leaders through ongoing coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Proactively address employee retention and develop action plans for at-risk staff.
- Manage branch financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
- Successfully navigate a matrixed organization, building strong partnerships across departments and influencing shared business outcomes.
- Active Washington RN license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of health-related professional experience, with the education, knowledge, and leadership ability to effectively direct a healthcare program.
- 3-5 years of people management and administrative leadership experience in home health care.
- Demonstrated experience managing the P&L of a home health branch or operation.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading teams and operations across multiple locations is highly desirable.
$150,000-$175,000 annually
