Position OverviewKenworth Warranty is seeking a proactive and results-driven Warranty Quality & Improvement Supervisor to lead initiatives that enhance warranty processes, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement within the warranty department. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics, Six Sigma methodologies, and innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence to optimize warranty operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Job Functions / Responsibilities- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement and waste reduction strategies within the warranty department, utilizing Business Intelligence tools and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure department compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and lead audit and/or recertification activities.
- Lead warranty audit activities, ensuring dealership adherence to Kenworth policies and procedures.
- Manage accessibility, consolidation, and revision control of warranty policies to uphold quality assurance.
- Oversee communication of policy changes for Kenworth dealerships.
- Lead the Kenworth warranty effort to leverage Artificial Intelligence as a tool to assist Warranty Claims Analysts.
- Benchmark competitors and stay up to date on current industry practices to ensure Kenworth delivers The World’s Best warranty experience.
