Overview
The shop Foreman/Lead is for our Renton, WA. Shop. This position requires forklift repair experience and the ability to lead 10+ shop mechanics in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully internal with no field or customer-facing work.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and rebuild rental and used equipment in the shop.
- Perform safety inspections and operational testing.
- Plan and assign daily shop workflow and priorities.
- Lead and train shop technicians; inspect completed work.
- Manage shop organization, parts usage, and inventory support.
Starting pay: $40.00-$45.00/HR DOE
*$1,500 Signing Bonus once new hire has completed 12 months of employment*
Experienced material handling technicians with 3 or more years’ experience are eligible for a one time $3,000.00 bonus. Paid out after 12 months of continuous employment.
