Available Shift: Swing Shift | M-F | 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. This position involves the daily operation of various coffee production machines. The ideal candidate will preferably have knowledge of manufacturing and/or food production machines, and previous machine operator training and experience. This role is crucial for maintaining product flow within the scheduled timeline with minimal downtime.

• Operate clients' packaging equipment efficiently.
• Recognize and correct potential packaging issues before production.
• Ensure proper customer-specific packaging needs are met.
• Troubleshoot and correct common packaging or printing issues.
• Maintain the integrity and appearance of all finished products.
• Record accurate and complete production logs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Direct packers to maximize efficient production times, if applicable.
• Report any safety, food safety, or quality concerns to the Supervisor/Manager immediately.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma required; technical or college degree a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and safely.
• Lift a minimum of 45 lbs. regularly.
• Operate all equipment safely and within company compliance.
