2nd Shift
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am
2nd Shift Pay Range: $ + 10% Shift Differential
Weekend Shift
Schedule:
Friday-Sunday, (12 hour shifts) 4:00am - 4:30pm
Weekend Shift Pay Range: $24.25-$28.25 Work 36 hours get paid for 40!

Position Summary
The Composite Technician focuses on producing and developing composite materials to enhance quality and efficiency. They are responsible for coordinating with engineers to study and improve designs and shop-aids, as well as operate machines and equipment with an eye for developing strategies and workflow.
Technicians must be able to follow instructions from engineers and strive to ensure their work meets high standards of quality. They are also required to work in a team environment, so strong communication and collaboration skills are important.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in composite manufacturing or related field preferred
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools
* Attention to detail and quality control skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Physical dexterity and ability to work with complex parts.
Experience
1-3 years of work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working Conditions
While performing the typical duties of this job, employees will experience the conditions noted below. PPE is provided to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment.
* Usually work indoors. These sites may not be temperature controlled
* Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels
* Exposure to hazardous equipment
* Exposure to contaminants
* Shared work spaces with other employees
* Requires handling objects of up to 30 lbs.
* Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending
* Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime)
Required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Required PPE provided by SEKISUI Aerospace based on the employee's position and exposure. Below are typical PPE used on the production floor. Appropriate PPE must be worn by all employees when on the production floor.
* Ear Plugs - Earmuffs
* Full Face Shield
* Gloves (Latex, Rubber, Chemical Resistant, General Duty)
* Protective Apron
* Respirator
* Safety Glasses - Safety Goggles
