TITLE: Mixer Operator

LOCATION:
Renton, WA

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

PAY: $26

SUMMARY:

Responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients in a production environment while following precise instructions and safety standards. This role involves operating batch machinery, handling materials in both hot and cold conditions, and maintaining high attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes and procedures
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate production outcomes
• Operate batch machines and input production data correctly
• Work safely with hot materials (up to 200°F) and cold products
• Lift and handle up to 50 lbs of ingredients on a continuous basis
• Move heavy 500lb barrels from pallets to mixing equipment
• Monitor product quality and maintain high attention to detail
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable performing physical, labor-intensive work

• Experience as a line cook, food prep worker, or similar role required

• Background in a restaurant, kitchen, or food manufacturing environment

• Strong basic math skills for measuring and batching ingredients

• Ability to follow formulas, recipes, and detailed instructions accurately

• Flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks as needed
