What You'll Be Doing
As a member of our production team, you'll play a direct role in building aerospace products that help shape the future of flight.
Responsibilities may include:
- Manufacturing aerospace composite components and assemblies
- Following detailed work instructions and specifications
- Operating production equipment and tools
- Performing assembly, trimming, drilling, sanding, and finishing work
- Inspecting products to ensure exceptional quality standards
- Collaborating with teammates to meet production goals
- Supporting a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment
- Manufacture and assemble aerospace composite components
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform layup, trimming, assembly, bonding, machine operation, or finishing tasks
- Conduct inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals
- Manufacturing, production, aerospace, or technical experience preferred
- Experience with Composites a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
