Manufacturing Planner 3 – Tool Planner (Aerospace) Job Summary
seeking Manufacturing Planners to support 737 production operations in Renton, WA. This role focuses on developing and maintaining manufacturing plans, tooling requirements, work instructions, and production processes to support aircraft manufacturing and delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Create tooling requirements based on engineering and manufacturing needs.
- Support manufacturing process improvements and production planning activities.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and supplier data.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues.
- Perform producibility assessments and provide manufacturing input to design teams.
- Develop integrated work statements and production sequencing plans.
- 3+ years of related manufacturing experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as PDM and CAPP.
- Aerospace or production engineering experience preferred.
