Pay Range: $22.25‑26.25/hour DOE

Position OverviewThe Oven Operator runs the oven used for the curing process of composite manufacturing, following Standard Work Instructions.
Responsibilities- Verify part and documents, interpret the job traveler to determine the recipe to complete the cure process before loading parts onto racks, trays, or carts.
- Meet schedules and time allowances; monitor oven cures frequently to ensure no discrepancies in the software program and update the supervisor.
- Decipher parts and quantities requiring additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placement before the oven cure process.
- Remove probes, wires, fixtures, and breakout, and clean all parts before distributing them to the next process.
- Advanced math skills.
- Ability to comprehend written instructions.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred).
- Level I
- Entry Level – Junior Level.
- 3–6 months of hands‑on experience or training preferred.
- Related training or education will be considered.
- Level I
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
- Exposure to hazardous equipment.
- Exposure to contaminants.
- Shared work spaces with other employees.
- Handling objects up to 50 lbs; lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
- Usually work indoors; sites may not be temperature controlled.
- Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies by role, shift, and overtime).
