Schedule: 4:00AM – 2:30PM;
Monday – Thursday

Pay Range: $22.25‑26.25/hour DOE

At SEKISUI Aerospace, we manufacture high‑quality composite structures and assemblies that support some of the world’s leading aerospace programs.

The Oven Operator runs the oven used for the curing process of composite manufacturing, following Standard Work Instructions.

• Verify part and documents, interpret the job traveler to determine the recipe to complete the cure process before loading parts onto racks, trays, or carts.
• Meet schedules and time allowances; monitor oven cures frequently to ensure no discrepancies in the software program and update the supervisor.
• Decipher parts and quantities requiring additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placement before the oven cure process.
• Remove probes, wires, fixtures, and breakout, and clean all parts before distributing them to the next process.

• Advanced math skills.
• Ability to comprehend written instructions.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred).

• Level I
  • Entry Level – Junior Level.
  • 3–6 months of hands‑on experience or training preferred.
  • Related training or education will be considered.

• Level I
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
• Exposure to hazardous equipment.
• Exposure to contaminants.
• Shared work spaces with other employees.
• Handling objects up to 50 lbs; lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
• Usually work indoors; sites may not be temperature controlled.
• Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies by role, shift, and overtime).
