Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Business Operations team located in Renton, Washington on 1st Shift.

Position Responsibilities:

* Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.

* Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

* Provides limited feedback on assessment results.

* Support the organization to implement strategies and plans.

* Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* 1+ year of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.

* 1+ year of experience working in either manufacturing or aerospace.

* Proficient experience in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

* Familiarity with immigration requirements for international travel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

* Bachelor's degree or higher

* Experience in a fast paced/dynamic environment

* Experience with Travel@Boeing, including expense reports and booking travel

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 2: $84,600 - $103,400

Level 3: $102,600 - $125,400
