What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our production team, you'll play a direct role in building aerospace products that help shape the future of flight.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Manufacturing aerospace composite components and assemblies
  • Following detailed work instructions and specifications
  • Operating production equipment and tools
  • Performing assembly, trimming, drilling, sanding, and finishing work
  • Inspecting products to ensure exceptional quality standards
  • Collaborating with teammates to meet production goals
  • Supporting a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment

Depending on the department, Skilled Operators may:

  • Manufacture and assemble aerospace composite components
  • Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
  • Perform layup, trimming, assembly, bonding, machine operation, or finishing tasks
  • Conduct inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
  • Manufacturing, production, aerospace, or technical experience preferred
  • Experience with Composites a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Dependability and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment

Working Conditions

While performing the typical duties of this job, employees will experience the conditions noted below. PPE is provided to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment.

  • Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
  • Exposure to hazardous equipment.
  • Exposure to contaminants.
  • Shared work spaces with other employees.
  • Requires handling objects of up to 30 lbs.
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
  • Usually work indoors. These sites may not be temperature controlled.
  • Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime).
Required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Required PPE is provided by SEKISUI Aerospace based on the employee's position and exposure. Below are typical PPE used on the production floor. Appropriate PPE must be worn by all employees when on the production floor.

  • Ear Plugs / Earmuffs
  • Gloves (Latex, Rubber, Chemical Resistant, General Duty)
  • Protective Apron
  • Safety Glasses / Safety Goggles
