Level I Pay Range$22.25 – $26.25 DOE (FT Non‑Exempt) + 4 Comp Hours
Level II Pay Range$24.25 – $28.25 DOE (FT Non‑Exempt) + 4 Comp Hours

As a Laminator, you’ll help manufacture high‑quality composite aerospace parts by performing a variety of techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and Standard Work Instruction (SWI).
Responsibilities Include- Lay‑up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and standard work instructions (SWI); wrap mold with composite materials in preparation for the curing process to form composite parts.
- Check for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning; report all discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor.
- Verify that materials being used are according to the manufacturing plan.
- Verify part and sign off on work performed.
- Adhere to schedules and time allowances, takt time, for production requirements.
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or other hands‑on experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with your hands in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels
- Exposure to hazardous equipment
- Exposure to contaminants
- Usually work indoors; these sites may not be temperature controlled
- Shared work spaces with other employees
- Requires handling objects of up to 30 lbs.
