Weekend Shift Schedule

4:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday – Sunday

Level I Pay Range

$22.25 – $26.25 DOE (FT Non‑Exempt) + 4 Comp Hours

Level II Pay Range

$24.25 – $28.25 DOE (FT Non‑Exempt) + 4 Comp Hours

What You’ll Do

As a Laminator, you’ll help manufacture high‑quality composite aerospace parts by performing a variety of techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and Standard Work Instruction (SWI).

Responsibilities Include
  • Lay‑up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and standard work instructions (SWI); wrap mold with composite materials in preparation for the curing process to form composite parts.
  • Check for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning; report all discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor.
  • Verify that materials being used are according to the manufacturing plan.
  • Verify part  and sign off on work performed.
  • Adhere to schedules and time allowances, takt time, for production requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or other hands‑on experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with your hands in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels
  • Exposure to hazardous equipment
  • Exposure to contaminants
  • Usually work indoors; these sites may not be temperature controlled
  • Shared work spaces with other employees
  • Requires handling objects of up to 30 lbs.
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending
  • Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime)
