Position: Aerospace Laminator | Multiple Shifts Available

Looking for a hands-on role where you can use your 1+ year of composite manufacturing experience to build high-quality aerospace components? This Aerospace Laminator opportunity in Renton could be a great fit for you.

This aerospace manufacturer has over 30 years of experience designing, testing, and producing advanced composite products used in aircraft structures. The work environment is clean, safety-focused, and team-oriented, with a strong emphasis on employee recognition, engagement, and career growth.

In this Aerospace Laminator role, you'll work with composite materials to help produce critical aerospace components. Your attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions will directly impact product quality and production success. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, making it a great fit for someone looking to build a long-term career in aerospace manufacturing.

Aerospace Laminator Duties:

  • Lay up composite materials on mandrels following manufacturing plans and work instructions
  • Wrap molds with composite materials to prepare for curing and production
  • Review documentation for accuracy and report any issues to a supervisor
  • Ensure materials meet manufacturing specifications
  • Verify part identification and complete required documentation

Schedule:
Multiple Shifts!

  • Day Shift
    - Monday to Thursday, 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Swing Shift
    - Monday to Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
  • Weekend Shift - Friday to Sunday, 6am-6pm

Pay: $22.25 to $27.75 per hour

Aerospace Laminator Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in composite manufacturing or 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR
