Prysmian is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee second shift production. Responsible for ensuring efficient use of equipment and manpower, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
The role requires a critical thinker with excellent communication skills and at least two years of supervisory experience. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
