As an Aerospace Machine Operator, you'll operate and monitor production equipment used to manufacture aerospace components while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new processes, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Aerospace Machine OperatorJob Duties
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce aerospace components
- Load and unload materials, perform basic machine adjustments, and maintain safe, efficient operation.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and complete required production documentation.
- Perform basic finishing, trimming, or secondary operations as needed.
Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm
- Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15pm–1:45am
Aerospace Machine Operator
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (thermoforming, injection molding, CNC, plastics, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read work instructions, job travelers, or production documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
