Marketing Assistant

Golden HQ is growing our Landover team and looking for motivated individuals who want to gain hands-on marketing experience while developing their communication, sales, and business skills.

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work across live client campaigns, helping represent brands, engage prospective customers, and support customer acquisition.

• Support the delivery of client marketing campaigns
• Engage with prospective customers face-to-face
• Communicate campaign messaging and build customer interest
• Support new customer acquisition and registrations
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident and comfortable speaking with people
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Open to coaching and learning new skills
• Interested in professional growth and greater responsibility
• Able to commute reliably to Landover, MD

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or marketing is useful, but we’re open to different backgrounds.
