Description:

The Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer (CDO), serves as a key Executive Leadership Team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting the organization. Working closely with the CEO, this position forges new relationships and sustains and grows current relationships to increase SOME’s financial resources, visibility, and impact. The CDO designs and implements a comprehensive plan and develops key external alliances by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding philanthropic support.
