Young Life is seeking a Youth Ministry Director to oversee the Club Beyond program at JBLM and other military installations. You will develop relationships with teens, families, chaplains, and volunteers, and lead ecumenical outreach that invites unchurched teens into a supportive faith community.
The role requires living near the ministry communities, a minimum of three years in youth ministry, fundraising to cover part of the budget, and a willingness to relocate with the team as needed.
