Verovian Nursing Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Telemetry team in Renton, Washington. • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, monitoring and managing their condition using telemetry technology.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status with appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Provide support and mentorship to less experienced nursing staff when needed.

Candidate requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) is required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU or telemetry nursing.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.
• Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices and telemetry monitoring systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and provide empathetic care to patients and families.
