• Obtain and accurately record patient’s vital signs.
• Document components of patient’s history.
• Communicate in an open and appropriate manner with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Participate in in‑office procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
• Perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing.
• Perform venipuncture to obtain blood for lab testing.
• Handle prescription call‑backs per scope of practice.
• Prepare patient’s chart for pertinent clinical information.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and keep patient examination rooms stocked.
• Adhere to AMC’s regulatory compliance issues.

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. – required.
• Previous experience in a patient care setting – preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to present information and respond to questions from physicians, patients, family members, or other employees.
• LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse – State Licensure upon hire – required.
