Job Summary

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, including teaching, through direct care and telehealth or electronic encounters. The RN works collaboratively with the health care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality care.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, including patient education.
• Coordinate care through direct patient interactions, phone, telehealth, and electronic encounters.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other health care team members.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support clinicians in delivering quality patient-centered care.

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience.
