Surgical Nurse Practitioner – Seattle, WA

Provides screening, preventive primary care and medical care services to members - primarily in non-clinical settings where members feel most comfortable, including in-home, community and nursing facilities.

** Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner**:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventative health measures.

** Qualifications**:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing;
  Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
• Certified in B… (certification required).
• Experience in family nurse practitioner roles preferred.
