Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN
Job Type: PRN on weekends

King County, WA
Pay: $45–$60/hour DOE
Join our hospice team as a PRN Weekend Registered Nurse serving patients throughout King County. In this role, you will provide compassionate end-of-life care, perform patient assessments, manage symptoms, coordinate care plans, and support patients and families in the home setting.

- Complete hospice assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, and symptom control.
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and families on care needs and disease progression.
- Participate in on-call and team meetings as needed.
- Current Washington RN license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Hospice agency experience required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills.
