Seeking a RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing role in Renton, Washington.
ResponsibilitiesProviding specialized care to premature and critically ill neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting, utilizing advanced equipment and protocols.
RequirementsThe role requires a valid RN license, at least 2 years of NICU experience including charge nurse duties, and certifications in NRP and BLS
.
Proficiency with neonatal equipment such as NC, HFNC, CPAP, NAVA, ventilators, and feeding pumps is essential.
The nurse must be able to titrate medications and fluids, and may need to float to pediatric units or care for NICU graduates.
Key SkillsStrong clinical expertise, ability to work night shifts, and flexibility for weekend and holiday work.
In-house neonatologist support and use of EPIC charting system are provided.
