Schwartz Brothers Restaurants is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Technician to monitor production, verify ingredients and processes, and ensure GMP and HACCP compliance. You will record data, manage non-conformances, and support maintenance and sanitation efforts across the plant.
The role requires attention to detail, strong computer skills in Word/Excel/Outlook, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Training may be provided for HACCP and state-specific requirements.
