Jack In The Box - Up to $27.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage overall restaurant operations and lead the entire restaurant staff to deliver a WOW guest experience.;
Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees and ensure sufficient staffing and scheduling.;
Monitor and improve guest service by maintaining visibility, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring timely, high-quality orders.;
Drive sales and profitability while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and budgets.;
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment and promote a positive, respectful workplace.
