Jack In The Box - Up to $27.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage overall restaurant operations and lead training of staff to deliver a WOW guest experience.;
Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; ensure staffing levels and scheduling.;
Maintain guest service quality; respond to concerns and ensure timely, accurate orders.;
Monitor operational and financial performance; analyze using management tools; drive sales and profitability; control costs.;
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; maintain a safe, clean restaurant.
