Restaurant Manager

Our busy restaurant in Washington is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. As a leader on our team, you will manage staff, maintain restaurant standards, and drive profitability.

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, and manage staff.
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items.
• Implement cost‑saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
• Track financial performance and report to upper management.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, cost control, and health & safety regulations.
• Experience creating staff schedules and managing labor costs.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles for tracking financial performance.
• Proven track record of increasing profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Starting salary of $1,500 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
