About the Role

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. The role involves the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing and directing associates, achieving financial goals, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. An 8‑week or longer store leadership training program will be provided to help you succeed.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food safety: SERVSafe certified

Employees may work in hot, noisy, and fast‑paced environments. Duties may require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching counter tops up to 36 inches, and using kitchen equipment. Applicants must be able to work in these conditions and maintain effective verbal communication and adaptability.

Pay Range: $32.5 per hour – $35.5 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee that any associate will earn any bonus and reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of its bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice.
